Café El Toledo

Café El Toledo, es un producto de una calidad excepcional, desde su sabor hasta la forma de ser producido y procesado.

La producción se realiza bajo la modalidad de Permacultura. Un nombre un poco difícil de entender pero resume todo el potencial ecológico y sostenible desarrollado en la finca para garantizar productos libres de químicos y una balance ecológico.

Un café con características muy limpias, notas muy redondeadas gracias a la ausencia de químicos y con sabores muy ricos debido a su diversidad en la producción

Variedades como Marcellesa, Caturra, catuai y geisha que nos dan la excelente taza y cuerpo de nuestro café.

El Toledo Coffee

El Toledo Coffee is a product with an excellent quality, from its taste all the way until the way it is process & produced.

The production on the plantation is under a permaculture style. A name not known by many but it summarise all the environmental and ecological potential developed on the farm to keep up the work of chemicals free and an ecological balance.

A coffee with lots of caracteristics among cleanesss and it's round notes derived from the way of farming and its delitios flavores from the diversity type of production

Varietals like: Marcellesa, Caturra, catuai y geisha that give us an excellent cup and body of our coffees. 

Available in three different Roast types:

500 grams = 6000 colones

 El Toledo Light Roast

6000 colones unit or 12000 kilo

El Toledo coffee in light roast exhibits a smooth acidity, some sweet flavors combine with some nuttiness. perfect as all light roast to detect flavors that are really authentic from the specific way of farming.

El Toledo Medium Roast

12000 colones kilo

The medium roast in the El Toledo coffee gives smooth, sweetness, balanced low acidity, and some nice caramel flavors, the sweetest coffee I ever had, said by many. 

El Toledo Dark Roast

12000 colones kilo

EL TOLEDO coffee in a dark roast exhibits some sweet flavor notes, because it is not heavily roasted, and more caramel and chocolate characteristics combined with its low bitterness making a very smooth dark roast in the palate and stomach.
